CHRISTMAS PARADE UPDATE
The Cumberland Christmas parade will
be on December 13th.
Line-up will begin at 1:30 P.M. on
Mill Street with registration in the
Village Building. The Parade will
begin at 3:00 P.M. moving through
the village and ending at the
firehouse where there will be a post
parade reception. There will also
be an open house at Perfect
Expressions after the parade
and reception are over.
Any area residents,
businesses or organizations who
would like to make a donation to
help support the parade or volunteer
to help the day of the parade should
contact Mayor Viola Abrams or any
member of the Cumberland Activity
Group.
The Spencer
Township Trustees will have an open
house on December 13th
in conjunction with the
Cumberland Christmas Parade. It will
begin at 1:00 P.M. in the Township
Building. There will be vegetable
soup, chili, and other
refreshments. Stop by and meet your
township trustees and fiscal officer
and get something to eat before the
parade begins.

CHRISTMAS IN THE BARN
The Rix Mills Presbyterian Church will
celebrate Christmas in the Barn at 7
P.M. on December 21st. It will be a time
of Christmas joy and entertainment held
in the barn of the Diamond D. Farm. The
Diamond D. farm is the first farm on the
left on SR 313 after it leaves SR 83 on
the way to Rix Mills. Everyone is
welcome. |

A.M. and then there will be a Candle

will be a benefit held for a local
family at the Buffalo (Cumberland)
Presbyterian Church located at the
intersection of Main and Church
Streets. The benefit will begin at
11:00 A.M. The menu will include chili
soup, bean soup, chicken noodle soup and
sandwiches. There will also be a 50/50
